DigiZone Tech Solutions provides digital marketing, web development, mobile app development, branding, and content writing services as described on our website.
All projects are governed by individual proposals and contracts that detail:
Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Typically, projects require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Late payments may incur fees.
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, materials, and information necessary for project completion. Delays caused by late client feedback may extend project timelines.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables. We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Deposits are non-refundable. For other payments, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
DigiZone Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
